🧮 How Ratings Are Calculated
  • ELO-Based System*: Your rating changes based on match results and opponent strength
  • Partner Influence: 30% weight from your partner's skill, 70% from your individual performance
  • Performance Factors: Set scores, consistency, decisive moments (3rd set wins)
  • Match Types:
    • Normal matches: Full rating calculation
    • Walkovers: Partial credit (+5 minimum for showing up)
    • Byes: No rating change
📈 Rating Changes
  • New players: Larger changes (up to ±64 points)
  • Experienced players: Smaller changes (±8-32 points)
  • Strong opponents: More points for wins, fewer for losses
  • Tournament importance: 20% bonus for large tournaments
